摘　　要：黑龙江省旅游业发展现状表明:(1)旅游产业规模与就业规模之间存在着正相关关系,二者的增长趋势基本保持一致;(2)黑龙江省旅游收入的主要来源是国内游客的消费支出,星级饭店和旅行社是旅游企业营业收入的主要贡献者;(3)黑龙江省应采取适当措施发展第二个旅游城市,以使旅游收入及旅游就业的整体规模不断扩大。Heilongjiang provincial present condition of development of tourism demonstrates that the following points are correct judgements. （ 1 ）There is a relations of direct correlation between the scale of tourismand that of employment,and both of them are basically identical in growth tendency; （2）The main source of income of tourism in Heilongjiang province is the consume payment from tourists at home,and star-rated hotels and travel agencies are the primary contributors to support travel enterprises＇operate income; （3）We should adopt proper measures to develop the second travel city in order to further enlarge the scale of tourism and employment.
