摘　　要：论述了超临界萃取的技术特点、工艺流程及近年来一些研究成果,超临界流体结晶的快速膨胀法、抗溶剂结晶法以及这两种方法的一些研究成果,对超临界流体的应用前景及需要解决的问题进行了讨论.The technical characteristics, technological process and research results in recent years of supercritical extraction were discussed. The rapid expansion of supercritical solution, gas anti-solvent crystallization and some research results of these two methods of supercritical fluid crystallization were expounded. Applicable prospect of supercritical fluid and problems to be solved were discussed.
