摘 要:针对存在信息更新的一类短生命周期产品单周期两阶段的销售实践,设计了一种有价格差异的联合契约来实现供应链系统的协调。应用随机动态规划刻画了两阶段决策模式下集中式系统和分散式系统中零售商的订购和制造商的生产决策行为,并给出相应的最优决策方案;针对各利益主体面临的风险,设计了有价格差异的联合契约来实现分散式系统的协调,并得出了其实现系统协调的必要条件;对上述模型进行了数值实验分析,认为有价格差异联合契约可以有效调整买卖双方的成本结构和利益结构,实现渠道完美协调。Acconling to the case in practices, in which a shorl-life-cycle product is sold with different prices in different selling periods under information update, a combined contract with different prices is designed to coordinate the supply chain channel. Firstly, the paper depicts the ordering decisions of retailer and the production decisions of manufacturer in centralized system and decentralized system under Two-Stage decision mode by the stochastic dynamics programming, and presents the optimal decision schemes for all agents on the supply chain. Then, according to the risks confronted by the agents, combined contract with different prices is designed to ensure the coordination of channel system, and the necessary condition for the system coordination is developed. Lastly, the above decision models are analyzed by examples. The results shows that the combined contract with different selling prices can effectively adjust the cost structure and profit structure of agents on supply chain to achieve the perfect coordination of whole channel system.
