B超下介入治疗并口服米非司酮治疗异位妊娠疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察异位妊娠B超下注入甲氨喋呤(MTX)并且口服米非司酮,对异位妊娠的治疗效果。[方法]选择确诊适合行保守治疗的异位妊娠患者60例,A组20例全身用MTX杀胚治疗。B组20例单纯B超下介入治疗。C组20例介入治疗+口服米非司酮,治疗后监测β-HCG下降情况及自觉症状。[结果]A组10例成功,10例失败手术。B组14例成功,6例失败手术治疗。C组全部成功。[结论]超声介入治疗异位妊娠是一种安全、简便、有效、微创的方法,同时口服米非司酮可提高治疗的成功率。[Objective] To observe the effects on interrentional treatment for ectopic pregnancy guided by ultro sound and oral administration of mifepristone. [ Methods] Select 60 cases of ectopic preganacy which indicated for conservative treatment. A group 20 cases use MTX intramuscularly. B group 20 cases use interventional treatment under uhrosound singly. C group 20 cases use intervensional treatment under uhrosound and oral administration. Of mifepritone. [ Results] A group 10 cases succeeded. 10 case failed to proceeding operation. B group 14 succeeded. 6 cases failed to proceeding operation. C group all the cases are succeeded. [ Conclusion] Intervensional treatment for ectopic pregnancy is a safe. Simple effective. Little lesion method. In the same time oral administration of mifepristone can increase its efficency.
