摘 要:目的探讨不同性别青少年近视发生与血清锌、铜、硒含量的关系,为采取有效措施提高学生视力水平提供依据。方法采用对数视力表,对168名中学生进行视力检测,并根据性别、视力分组,采用原子吸收法对被试者血清锌、铜、硒含量进行测定。结果男、女近视组患者血清锌、铜、硒含量均显著低于男、女正常视力组(P值均<0.01),且视力与血清锌、铜、硒含量呈正相关。不同性别学生血清锌、铜、硒含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论青少年近视的发生和发展与血清锌、铜、硒含量下降密切相关,视力下降程度与血清锌、铜、硒含量下降呈正相关。Objective To explore the relationship between serum zinc, copper, selenium and the visions of middle school students, and to provide evidence for the preventive measures. Methods The visions of 168 middle school students were tested with logarithmic visual chart. The serum levels of zinc, copper and selenium were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. Results Serum levels of Zn, Cu, and Se in both boy and girl myopia groups were much lower than those of the two emmertropic groups ( P 〈 0.01 ), and vision positively correlated with serum levels of Zn, Cu and Se. The serum levels of Zn, Cu and Se had no significant difference between boys and girls ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Myopia in middle school students is closely related with lower levels of serum zinc, copper and selenium. The degree of myopia has a positive correlation with the decrease of serum levels of zinc, copper and selenium.
