摘  要:目的:探讨电针“足三里”对胃粘膜损伤大鼠保护作用的机制。方法:Wistar大鼠30只,雌雄各半,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、电针“足三里”组,每组10只。采用乙醇灌胃造成胃粘膜损伤大鼠模型,观察电针“足三里”对损伤指数(LI)、胃粘膜血流量(GMBF)、血清一氧化氮(NO)、血浆内皮素(ET)的影响。结果:胃粘膜损伤模型存在GMBF下降、LI升高、血清NO下降及血浆ET升高。电针“足三里”后可使NO回升,ET回降,GMBF亦明显增加,LI下降。结论:电针“足三里”对胃粘膜损伤起保护作用,其机制可能与调节血中NO、ET水平有很大关系。Objective: To study the protective mechanism of electroacupuncture (EA) of "Zusanli" (ST 36) in improving gastric mucosa injury in rats. Methods: Thirty Wistar rats were randomized into control, model and EA groups with 10 cases in each group. Gastric mucosal injury model was made by intragastric perfusion of anhydrous alcohol (0.4 mL). EA (4/20 Hz in frequency, 0.5 ms in pulse-duration, 0-8 V instrength) was applied to bilateral "Zusanli" (ST 36) for 20 rain. Gastric mucosal blood flow (GMBF) was detected with a blood flow detector, and gastric mucosal lesion index (GMLI) calculated according to Guth's criteria. Serum nitric oxide (NO) and plasma endothelin (ET) contents were assayed with nitrate reductase method and enzyme-linked immuncassay respectively. Results: Following perfusion of anhydrous alcohol, gastric rnucosal lesion was very evident and GMBF decreased remarkably in model group (P〈0.01), after EA, GMLI decreased considerably and GMBF increased significantly (P〈0.01). Compared with control group, serum NO level decreased significantly and plasma ET increased considerably in model group (P〈 0.01 ) ; while compared with model group, serum NO increased significantly and plasma ET decreased significantly in EA group (P〈0.01). Conclusion: EA of "Zusanli" (ST 36) can effectively relieve alcohol-induced gastric rnucosal injury, which maybe be related to its regulative effects on blood NO and ET.
