摘  要:目的通过检测接种过乙肝疫苗但抗-HBs定性检测阴性儿童血清中抗-HBs的含量,探讨定量检测抗-HBs在评价儿童乙肝疫苗接种效果方面的价值。方法采用微粒子免疫吸附试验的原理在AXYMS全自动免疫分析仪上定量检测全程免疫过乙型肝炎疫苗而酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)定性检测抗-HBs(-)的76名儿童血清标本中抗-HBs含量。结果76份ELISA定性检测抗-HBs(-)的标本中有41份抗-HBs>10mIU/ml,22份抗-HBs﹤10mIU/ml,13份抗-HBs﹤2.1mIU/ml。结论ELISA定性检测抗-HBs(-)的血清中仍有54.0%抗-HBs含量能够达到预防乙肝病毒感染的水平。因此,仅凭ELISA定性检测抗-HBs不能准确判断乙型肝炎疫苗的免疫效果,抗-HBs定量检测在评价疫苗接种效果和确定疫苗再接种方案方面有不可取代的价值。.Objective To determine anti-HBs immunology in children who were inoculated with HBV vaccine but had negative ELISA result by quantitative anti-HBs test. Methods Micro-particle Enzyme Immunoassay (MEIA)was used to determine quantitatively anti-HBs concentration in serum of 76 children who were inoculated by HBV vaccine and qualitative anti-HBs (-)result. Results In 41 of all specimen , anti-HBs concentration were higher than lOmIU/ml, 22 lower than 10mIU/ml, 13 lower than 2.1mlU/ml. Conclusions Anti-HBs concentrations in 54% serum that are negative qualitative anti-HBs by ELISA qualitative test are enough to prevent HBV infection, therefore , ELASA could not accurately evaluate the HBV vaccine inoculation effect. Quantitative anti-HBs result should become determinant to evaluate inoculating effect and to decide booster, 1.
