摘　　要：从博弈论的角度分析了我国科技型中小企业的R&D投入必要性,它在一定程度上反映了国家经济增长的潜力和可持续发展的能力。从科技型中小企业的R&D投入与政府的投入关系及企业与政府的投入博弈分析,阐明我国政府在科技型中小企业的R&D投入中承担着政策和体制支持的重要作用。Based on game theory, the necessity of R＆D input in Chinese medium and small high tech enterprises is analyzed. The input of R＆D reflects the potential of economic growth and the capability of sustainable development to a certain extent. According to the game analysis of the R＆D input between high-tech medium and small enterprises and the government, it is illustrated that the government plays an important role in policy and mechanism.
