摘　　要：目前,鲜活农产品的物流配送问题已成为我国农业物流发展的一个重要问题,并引起了社会各界广泛的关注和研究。从成本效益均衡的角度分析,对于鲜活农产品物流网络中配送中心的设立,提出了基于鲜活农产品价格(价值)随时间变化的成本效益均衡模型,在收益目标确定的情况下,建立配送中心的数量和位置,并使其成本最小。Nowadays, logistics distribution for fresh agricultural products has become important in the development of China agriculture logistics and is widely concerned. A cost benefit equilibrium model of logistics distribution centre for the fresh agricultural products is built up. With a certain income, the price of fresh agricultural products will change with time. And the number and location of the distribution centre are decided by the cost benefit equilibrium.
