摘　　要：对中国证券市场运作中存在的弊端进行了全面而细致的列举,并从管理制度、法律和机构等多方面分析了产生这些弊端的原因,结合中国股市的具体情况和国外许多国家的成功管理经验,提出了具体防范和解决这些弊端的有效措施,对中国股市的健康发展有一定的指导意义。Abuses in the operation of China securities market and its causes are analyzed from aspects of administrative system, law and the organization, According to the situation of China securities market and successful experience of foreign countries, some countermeasures are presented, which provide a guide for the development of China securities market.
