摘　　要：Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determining astragaloside in Qidan Jiannao Granules.Methods:A C18 column and ELSD detector were used.The mobile phase was methanol-water（75∶25）.The temperature of drift tube was at 85℃ and carrier gas was air.Results:The average recovery of astragaloside was 97.89%,and RSD was 28.1%.Conclusion:The method is convenient,reproducible,reliable and accurate.It can be used as an effective method for determining astragaloside in preparations.Objective:To establish a HPLC method for determining astragaloside in Qidan Jiannao Granules.Methods:A C_(18) column and ELSD detector were used.The mobile phase was methanol-water(75∶25).The temperature of drift tube was at 85℃ and carrier gas was air.Results:The average recovery of astragaloside was 97.89%,and RSD was 28.1%.Conclusion:The method is convenient,reproducible,reliable and accurate.It can be used as an effective method for determining astragaloside in preparations.
