摘  要:双轴向增强纬编间隔针织物是一种新型的纬编结构,它由两个独立的纬平针衬经衬纬结构通过一组经纱连接而成。这种结构不仅具有间隔大小调节方便、间隔纱种类的使用不受限制等特点,而且表面结构尺寸稳定,力学性能好,在轻型夹心复合材料结构中具有良好的应用前景。文中主要介绍这种织物的结构特点和拉伸力学性能。The biaxial reinforced weft-knitted spaced fabric is a new type weft structure, which consists of two independent weft and warp inserted plain fabrics held by a system of warp yarns. In this structure, the space size is easy to be adjusted and many kinds of yarns can serve as the spaced yarns. In addition, this kind of fabric bears a very good size stability of the surface structure and excellent mechanical properties, and can be widely applied in the field of light sandwich composite structures. This paper mainly introduces the structural characteristics and the tensile properties of this kind of fabric.
