摘 要:采用热声发动机驱动的脉管制冷系统,消除了系统中的机械运动部件,具有结构简单、运行可靠和环境友好等优点。文中基于Regen 3.2软件,设计并制作了一台采用热声驱动的单级脉管制冷机。该制冷机采用双向进气结构,脉管和回热器为U型布置。初步实验研究中,以氮气为工质,该脉管制冷机获得了117.5K的最低制冷温度,低于氦的临界点温度126.19K;以氦气为工质,目前获得了83.5K的最低制冷温度。By eliminating the mechanical moving parts, the thermoacoustieally driven pulse tube cooling system has the advantages of simple configuration, stable performance and environment- friendly.Based on the software of Regen 3.2, this paper designed and construeted a thermoaeoustically driven single - stage pulse tube cooler,which has a double - inlet configuration. The pulse tube and regenerator are arranged in parallel ( U - shape).In the preliminary experiment, by using nitrogen as the working gas, the pulse tube cooler reached a refrigeration temperature as low as 117,5 K,which is below the critical temperature of nitrogen -- 126.19 K. In addition, by using helium as the working gas,the pulse tube cooler reached a refrigeration temperature as low as 83.5 K.
