摘　　要：分析了不同的挤出速度情况下丝的截面模型,计算出相应的理论丝宽值,并进行了丝宽尺寸补偿.在对原型件的尺寸补偿上,综合考虑了各方面的影响因素,得出了正确的补偿量计算公式,并得到了试验结果的证实.Analyzed the section＇s model of material in the different outgoing speed first, then computed the theoretical width of material. On this basis,the method of compute the compensation of the width of material was inferred. After comprehensive considered the factors of affect the measurement of the shaped, the method of computer the compensation of the measurement of the shaped was inferred, it was proved by the experiment.
