摘 要:根据利文斯顿爆破能量平衡准则,在安庆铜矿生产现场,进行了系列单孔爆破漏斗试验以及变孔距多孔同段爆破漏斗试验。对现场应用的两种炸药爆破漏斗特性曲线、爆破漏斗体积与炸药埋深及其与漏斗半径关系、爆破漏斗的最佳埋深与临界埋深、爆破漏斗的炸药单耗等内容进行了分析研究。据此,确定了与矿岩条件相匹配的炸药类型,计算选择了安庆铜矿采矿生产所需的大直径深孔爆破参数,推荐安庆铜矿1#矿体深部矿房采场大直径深孔爆破采用MRB乳化岩石炸药,钻爆设计参数为:单层药包重量:中间排孔29~34 kg;边排孔24 kg。单层药包最佳埋深:中间排孔1.78~1.89 m;边排孔2 m。分层装药高度:中间排孔1.23~1.44 m;边排孔1 m。分层爆高:2.5 m。最佳漏斗半径:1.69 m。炮孔间距:3.2 m。单孔控矿面积:10.24 m2。平均炸药单耗:0.33kg^0.365 kg/t。According to the blasting energy balance theory presented by Livingston, series of crater experiments of single hole blasting and variable distance multi-hole simultaneous blasting were performed in the field of Anqing Copper Mine. The blasting crater curves of two different charges, the relationship between blasting crater volume and charge embedment depth and crater radius, the optimum blasting crater embedment depth, the critical blasting crater embedment depth and the unit consumption of explosives were discussed. Based on the above study, the matched explosive type was gained as well as the parameters were calculated and chosen for large diameter deep hole blasting in the Anqing copper mine. MRB rock emulsion explosive was recommended for the large diameter deep hole blasting in the mine stope of No1 orebody deep room of Anqing Copper Mine. The designed parameters are as follows: single-layer explosive cartridge weight: middle holes, 29 - 34 kg; side holes, 24 kg. Optimum embedment depth of single-layer explosive cartridge: middle holes, 1.78 - 1.89 m ; side holes, 2 m. Layer charging height : middle holes, 1.23 - 1.44 m; side holes, 1 m. Layer burst height: 2.5 m. Optimum crater radius: 2.69 m. Interval of holes: 3.2 m. Control area of single hole: 10.24 m^2. Average unit consumption of explosives : 0.33 kg - 0.365 kg/t
