摘 要:为了充分利用资源,梅山铁矿对尾矿开展了大量研究工作。应用弱磁-强磁工艺每年选出铁精矿7万t;应用高压浓密-絮凝沉降,底流浓度达到45%以上,解决了尾矿难沉降问题;采用压滤工艺,解决了脱水难的问题;尾矿渣可代替粘土烧结出优质砖。In order to make full use of resources, investigations were made on the Meishan iron tailings. Using the process of low intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation can obtain a capacity of 70 000 t/a. By high-pressure thickening-flocculation, the underflow concentration reached to 45% and above, resolving the problem of difficult sedimentation of the tailings. By filter pressing, the problem of dehydration was overcome. The tailing residues can be used to make high quality bricks instead of clay.
