摘 要:研究了钨极氩弧焊工艺参数对AM60镁合金薄板焊接接头质量的影响,并采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪等分析测试手段对AM60镁合金焊接接头微观组织、相组成及力学性能进行了分析。试验结果表明,在50~55A范围内焊接接头的力学性能较好,拉伸断裂处主要出现在热影响区;接头焊缝区的晶粒较为细小,室温组织由α-Mg和β-Mg17Al12相组成,析出相β-Mg17Al12主要分布在晶界上。A study was made on the influences of the parameters of argon tungsten arc welding on the weld joints of welded AM60 magnesium alloy plates. The microstructure, phase composition and mechanical properties of the alloy's weld joints were analyzed by optical microscope and X-ray diffraction instrument. The results showed that the mechanical property of the weld joint was better at a current of 50 - 55 A. Tensile fractures mainly occurred in heat-affected zone. The crystal grains were finer in the welded zone, which consisted of α-Mg and β-Mg17Al12. The precipitate β-Mg17Al12 mostly distributed along the grain boundaries.
