摘  要:研究了固溶、时效工艺参数对挤压后再模压的喷射共沉积7075/S iCp复合材料硬度的影响。确定了该材料的最佳热处理工艺,即固溶温度465℃,固溶时间90 m in;时效温度125℃,时效时间20 h。试验结果表明,峰时效的硬度值为230.2,与相应的原始硬度比较增幅为120.2。A study was made on the influences of the parameters of solutionization and ageing on the hardness of spray co-deposited 7075/SiCp composites which was extruded and die-pressed. The optimum process conditions of heat treatment of 7075/SiCp composites were established, that is. solutionizing temperature of 465 ℃, solutionizing time of 90 mins, ageing temperature of 125 ℃, ageing time of 20 hrs. The test results showed that the peak ageing hardness was 230.2, increasing by 120.2 compared with the original hardness.
