摘　　要：城市农民工是城市人口中不容忽视的重要组成部分,相对城市人口,他们处于一定的弱势地位。城市农民工的工作权、受教育权等常常受到侵害,亟待维护。要真正维护农民工的权益,就要改变现有观念,调整现行政策,完善法治建设,建立良好的社会环境。Peasant - worker in urban areas is an important part of urban population, which should not be ignored. Compared with the urban population, they are at the inferior position. Their rights to work and to be educated are usually encroached on, which is in badly need to be solved. It is necessary to change the working idea, adjust the currently policies, perfect the legal structure and establish a good social environment, so as to safeguard the rights and interests of the peasant - workers in urban areas.
