摘 要:复合钕铁硼磁体在高温潮湿环境下易被腐蚀,因而需要涂层保护。研究了复合永磁体基体性能和阴极电泳环氧树脂工艺参数对复合钕铁硼/铁氧体黏结磁体的电泳涂漆质量的影响,通过QJ57直流电阻电桥测试了磁体的电阻,采用盐雾试验和湿热试验测试了涂层耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,复合黏结磁体中锶铁氧体磁粉含量质量分数超过30%时,电阻率急剧升高,难以获得优良的涂层。采用EED-060M环氧树脂电泳漆,在漆液温度28~32℃,电压120~180V,固化温度150~170℃的电泳工艺条件下,在锶铁氧体含量质量分数少于30%的磁体表面可包覆上一层致密、光滑的,且具有优异耐蚀性能的涂层。The application of bonded Nd-Fe-B magnet is partly hindered by its poor corrosion resistance at high temperature and in humid environment. Fortunately, it is feasible to greatly increase the corrosion resistance of the Nd-Fe-B magnet using various coatings. Thus the effects of the composite permanent magnet substrate and of cathodic electrophoresis processing parameters on the coating quality were investigated, based on measurement of the resistance using a direct-current resistance bridge and of the corrosion resistance using salt-spraying test and humid-hot immersion test. As the results, it was feasible to prepare a compact and smooth coating with good corrosion resistance on the Nd-Fe-B/Sr-ferrite bonded composite magnet containing Sr-ferrite below 30%, at optimized electrophoresis parameters of lacquer temperature 28~32 ℃, voltage 120~180 V, and curing temperature 150~170 ℃. However, it became infeasible to obtain an electrophoresis coating of good corrosion resistance on the composite Nd-Fe-B/Sr-ferrite magnet when its Sr-ferrite rose above 30%, owing to the sharp increase in the resistance.
