摘 要:为了研制合适的、具有优异抗菌性能的卷材用涂料/涂层,根据颜料体积浓度(PVC)、临界颜料体积浓度(CPVC)对卷材涂料耐腐蚀性、附着力等性能的影响,结合卷材涂料黏度、固含量等性能指标,选取合适的材料,设计并研制了聚氨酯抗菌涂料与涂层。大肠杆菌试验表明,该涂层在抗菌剂含量质量分数为0.5%时,抗菌率达99.9%,具有优异的抗菌性能。涂料、涂层的基本性能测试表明,各项性能均符合要求。Polyurethane-based antibacterial paint and coating were designed and prepared from carefully selected raw materials, by taking into account the relationship among pigment volume concentration (PVC) and critical pigment volume concentration (CPVC) and the anticorrosion behavior and adhesion to substrate of the coating, and the viscosity and solid content of the paint for coiling materials as well. This is done as a part of the efforts to develop suitable paint and coating for coiling materials requiring excellent antibacterial properties. The basic properties of the paint and coating were investigated, while their antibacterial behavior was evaluated using bacilus test. It was found that at an antimicrobial dosage of 0.5%, the antimicrobial paint and coating was able to kill the tested bacilus was up to a rate of 99.9%, indicating that the developed antimicrobial paint and coating had excellent antibacterial ability. At the same time, the antimicrobial paint and coating was satisfactory in terms of the requirements for their basic performance specifications.
