2种酶制剂用于生长肥育猪双低菜粕型日粮及小麦型日粮中的效果  被引量:10

Effects of Enzyme Additives in Wheat-and Double Low Rapeseed Meal-based Diets on Performance of Growing-finishing Pigs

摘  要:将体重22.5kg左右的杜长大三元杂交仔猪65头按体重、性别等随机分为5组,每组13个栏,单栏饲养。试验分前期(22.5~70kg)和后期(70-90kg)两阶段,共80d。以玉米、豆粕为主配成基础日粮为第1组(对照组),用双低菜粕替代第1组中的部分豆粕(即双低菜粕型日粮),分别添加0.01%的酶A和酶B(第2组和第3组);用小麦替代第1组中的部分玉米(小麦型日粮),分别添加0.01%的酶A和酶B(第4组和第5组)。结果表明;在试验各期,双低菜粕型日粮中添加酶制剂的第2和第3组平均日增重和饲料利用率与对照组一致,但每千克增重成本在前期比对照组分别低0.51和0.47元,在后期比对照组分别低0.69和0.81元。小麦型日粮中加酶制剂的第4、5组试验前期的平均日增重和饲料利用率比对照组有显著和极显著改善,每千克增重成本比对照组分别低0.52和0.53元;第4组的全期饲料利用率较对照组极显著改善。结果显示:在小麦型或双低菜粕型日粮中2种酶制剂均改善了生长肥育猪的性能,但在小麦型日粮中的效果更明显。A total of 65 crossbred piglets (Duroc Large White Landrace) weighing 22. 5 kg were allotted, based on weight and sex, to five dietary treatments with 13 replicate pens each and 1 pig per pen as a replicate. The five dietary treatments were diet 1 based on corn and soybean meal (control), diets 2 and 3 based on double low rapeseed meal and supplemented with enzyme A and B, at 0. 01% of diet, and diets 4 and 5 based on wheat and supplemented with enzyme A and B, at 0. 01% of diet. The experiment were conducted in two phases (phase 1: 22. 5-70 kg; phase 2. 70-90 kg) for 80 days. During any phase, double low rapeseed meal-based diets with enzymes A or B additives had a growth rate and feed efficiency similar (P〉0. 05) to the control. However, compared to the control, double low rapeseed meal-based diets with either enzyme A or B additives decreased cost per kg of gain by 0. 51 and 0. 47 yuan, and 0. 69 and 0.81 yuan, respectively, during phase 1 and phase 2. During phase 1, wheat-based diet with enzyme supplementation significantly improved growth rate (P〈0. 05) and feed efficiency (P〈0. 01) than the control, and also reduced cost per kg of gain by 0.52 and 0. 53 yuan, respectively, compared to the control. During overall phase, wheat-based diet with enzyme A supplementation improved significantly feed efficiency (P〈0. 01) than the control. The results indicated that both enzymes had positive effeet on growth performance of pigs fed on double low rapeseed meal- and wheat-based diet. Wheat-based diet's effect was more obvious.
