摘  要:选取体重约25 kg的长×大二元杂交猪60头,采用单因子完全随机设计,分为5组,3个重复,在饲粮中添加不同比例的苜蓿草粉。在正试期开始后的第1、20和40天称试验猪的体重,分析其饲喂含苜蓿草粉饲粮后的主要生产性能。在正试期开始后的第20天采取猪的血样,分析其饲喂苜蓿后血液中主要生化指标。结果表明:(1)添加5%,10%苜蓿草粉有利于提高生长猪的增重及饲料转化率,尤其10%组的日增重、日采食量较对照组有极显著改善,饲料转化效率较对照组明显提高。而15%、20%的苜蓿草粉组的上述指标比对照组降低。(2)添加苜蓿草粉后,饲粮干物质、粗蛋白质、NDF的消化率提高。(3)添加苜蓿草粉后,GH、Ins和IGF-1的含量显著提高,但试验组中的T3、T4含量显著降低;随着苜蓿草粉添加水平的提高,血液中尿素氮、甘油三酯、血糖和胆固醇含量递减,其中试验II组胆固醇含量和对照组相比差异显著,试验III、IV组与对照组相比差异极显著。而总蛋白的含量随草粉添加量上升有所提高,尽管各组间无显著性差异。上述结果表明:在生长猪饲粮中添加10%紫花苜蓿草粉后对生长猪生产性能、营养消化率及血液生化指标有较显著的改善。结合生产实际,建议在生长猪饲粮中添加10%紫花苜蓿草粉。The experiment was conducted with random group design. Sixty growing pigs weighting about 25 kg were randomly divided into 5 groups, with 3 replicates for each group. One of these groups were used as the control and group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ were used as the treatment experimental ones. Group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ were fed with the diets containing different amount of alfalfa meal(5 %, 10%, 15 %, 20%). The results showed that (1)Group Ⅱ was the best in average daily gain, feed intake, feed conversion rate. There was a very significant difference between group Ⅱ and control; (2)Because of adding alfalfa meal in diets, the digestibility of nutrition ingredient(DM, CP, EE, NDF) were improved comparing with the control, especially group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, ; (3)Group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ were significantly higher than the control in GH. Ins.IGF-L And the content of GLU and CHO of group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ decreased with no significant difference compared to the control. The results suggested that there was significant improvement of production performance, efficiency of feed utilization and biochemical index because of adding 10% alfalfa meal.
