摘 要:设计了一种由喷淋床和鼓泡床组成的复合床作为气流床气化炉内的洗涤冷却室,并对此新型洗涤冷却室的气体带水问题进行了实验研究,同时用液滴统计法对液滴夹带量进行了数值模拟,模拟结果与实验值吻合较好。研究结果表明,洗涤冷却室内液滴夹带量主要与气液分离空间高度、气速及静态液位等密切相关,带水量随着气速、静态液位的增大而增大,随着分离空间的减小而增大。A compound bed composed with a spray bed and a bubble bed was designed to be the scrubbing-cooling chamber in entrained gasifier. The water entrainment in the compound bubbling chamber was investigated experimently and was simulated by the droplets statistics method. The simulation results were well agreed with the experiment data. The research results indicated that the separation space, the gas velocity and the liquid phase capacity were the main factors to influence the water entrainment in the chamber. The water entrainment quantity increased with the gas velocity and the static liquid phase capacity increasing, and also increased with the separation space's decreasing.
