摘 要:针对水污染控制系统规划,建立了对应的非线性规划模型,该模型可适用于具有污水处理与利用的一般系统.由于模型具有高度的非线性,提出一种改进的遗传算法来进行求解,该算法可弥补传统非线性规划算法无法获得满意效果的不足,克服基本遗传算法容易早熟的弱点.实例表明所提出的改进遗传算法具有良好的局部与全局优化性能,适于复杂模型的优化问题.同时提出了对约束条件处理的方法,该方法可应用于其他类似问题的求解.Programming of water pollution control system was focused. A corresponding model for the system design was established, which could be used in sewage treatment. Because of the high nonlinear character of the model, a new genetic algorithm based on descend searching operator was also put forward to solve the model, which not only was superior to the nonlinear program in the effects of the programming but also was superior to SGA in lightening the premature. The case study showed that the improved algorithm, being capable of optimizing the local and overall region, is adapted to optimizing complex models. The method to dispose the problems with some restraints was also proposed which could be applied to solve the similar problems. As a practicable example, this method was used to optimize the programming of the water pollution control system.
