摘  要:目的:探讨微量元素、氧自由基在皮瓣扩张术中对皮肤软组织扩张的影响。方法:利用白兔背部皮瓣进行扩张,检测不同时间扩张皮瓣,氧自由基的生成水平及应用微量元素制剂对皮瓣扩张的组织学改变影响。结果:不扩张组与剥离组比较、扩张后与扩张前比较有显著性差异(P<0.001),扩张前与不扩张组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)之间呈负相关。结论:组织扩张有氧自由基形成,应用微量元素制剂能抑制胶原纤维形成,扩张皮瓣变薄,扩张面积,长度增加,扩张时间缩短,增加扩张速率。ObJective:To study the effect of microelement and Oxygen free radicals on skin soft tissue expansion. Method: The revels of oxygen free radicals at different time have been determined and the influence of microelement on the area and length of the expanded skin soft tissues in rats has been observed. Result: The content of MDA and the activities of SOD in skin soft tissues were significantly different between .Conclusion: Oxygen free radicals are not only produced during skin can also inhibite the collagenous formation, thin the expanded skin, increase the expanded skin area and length and shorten the expansion time, so the expansion rate is enhanced.
