摘　　要：目的:探讨磁共振尿路成像(MRU)对上尿路梗阻的诊断价值。方法:对40例上尿路梗阻的病人临床资料,回顾性分析其检查结果与最后诊断的符合情况。结果:40例病人均能显示上尿路梗阻或占位的部位,结合其他检查,31例获得正确的定位、定性诊断。结论:MRU是一种非侵袭性的影像学检查方法,具有安全、准确、无创、有效、无辐射,不需造影剂及多平面成像的特点,对上尿路梗阻疾病的患者具有特殊诊断价值。Objective： To explore the diagnostic value of magnetic resenance urinary tract imaging to upper urinary obstruction. Method ： To retrospectively analyse the clinical data of 40 patients with upper urinary obstruction, to analyse the coincidence rate of the result of MRU and final diagnosis. Result： The upper urinary obstruction and the obstructed location in 40 patients could be displayed,31 cases got correct locating and qualitation diagnosis. Conclusion ： MRU is one kind of noninvasive imageology method , it has the characteristic of safety , accury, non- trauma, effective , no radiation, non - contrast agent and multiple plane imaging, and it has higher especially diagnostic value in upper urinary obstruction .
