摘　　要：介绍了巨磁电阻材料及器件在计算机高密度读出磁头、随机存取存储器领域的应用,描述了其工作原理、性能特点,并对今后应开展的研究和应用作了展望。This paper mainly introduced the applications of giant magnetoresistance materials and devices in read head for high density magnetic recording, random access memory, magnetoresistance sensors and described its working principle and performance features. And we made the outlook of the deep research in magnetoresistance effect and its applications.
