摘 要:红叶石楠(photinia glabra)是一种具有较高开发价值的彩叶树种。通过快繁宝1号处理,运用植物非试管快繁技术进行种苗繁殖,具生根快、生根率高、移苗成活率高等优点。不同浓度快繁宝1号处理红叶石楠枝段生根效果不同,以200 mg/L处理枝段2h生根效果最好。用200mg/L快繁宝1号处理顶芽、带叶枝段,结果证明带叶枝段生根效果较顶芽好。photinia glabra is a tree species with colored leaves of high value of exploitation. The planting seedling with techniques of fast breeding plant without test-tube through the disposal of No. 1 Fast-Breeding has characteristics of rapid rooting, high rooting rate and high survival rate of bedout. The rooting effects vary according to different concentration of No. 1 Fast-Breeding to deal with the heath branches and the best effect can be obtained after 200 ml/L No. 1 Fast-Breeding is used to dispose the branches for two hours. The result suggests that the rooting effect of branches with leaves is better than that of terminal bud when 200ml/ L No. 1 Fast-Breeding is used to deal with terminal bud and branches with leaves separately.
