摘　　要：托马斯·哈代的《无名的裘德》并非是一般性的爱情婚姻题材小说,而是一部书写乱伦母题的叙事作品,叙述了一个乱伦性质的爱情故事及其悲剧性结局,赓续和演绎的是西方传统的“罪恶与救赎”的叙事模式。小说通过建构反伦理学和反社会学的人物与情节关系,探讨“俄狄浦斯情结”作为一种隐秘的无意识与人物命运之间的关系,形象化地展示出了“文明的法律”与“自然的法律”的尖锐冲突以及作家世界观的矛盾性,实现了对人类爱情与婚姻问题的某种独特思考和超越性反省。文章以文本细读的方式,指出乱伦是古今中外文学艺术创作的一个重要叙事母题和写作传统,对小说中乱伦性质的婚爱关系以及这种关系对人物命运的影响进行了深入的把捉和阐释,对作品中所反映出的作家世界观的矛盾性也予以了某种分析。Thomas Hardy＇ s Jude the Obscure is a narrative work about the motif of incest. This novel tells a tragic story of incestuous love in the Western traditional narrative mode of ＂sins and redemption＂. Through the creation of characters and events that go counter to the existing ethics and social ideologies, the novel explores the relationship between Oedipus Complex, man＇ s hidden unconscious, and the destiny of characters; and demonstrates the intense conflict between ＂law of civilization＂ and ＂law of nature＂, and the contradiction in the writer＇ s world outlook. This novel has rendered some special and transcending reflections on love and marriage. Based on a close reading of the text, this paper points out that incest is an important motif in both Chinese and foreign literature. It reveals the impact of incest on the characters, fate and analyzes the writer＇s ambivalent word outlook reflected in the novel.
