内镜下套扎治疗胃静脉曲张出血25例临床体会

摘　　要：目的探讨治疗胃静脉曲张方法———内镜下静脉套扎术。方法对胃静脉曲张出血的套扎是先在镜身没有反转的情况下进行,而后U型反转镜身再行套扎。先结扎出血部位或有血栓形成部位,再结扎其周围部位。结扎点之间尽量靠近,以求多点密集结扎。结果对25例胃曲张静脉破裂出血患者进行急诊套扎治疗,结果显示急诊止血率88.00%,无明显副作用。结论该方法不仅对治疗食管静脉曲张破裂出血安全有效,而且在防止再出血及其静脉曲张消失率亦显示出良好应用前景。Objective To discuss the treatment of gastric varicosis hemorrhage with loop ligation under endoscope. Methods The performance was taken normally and then ＂U＂ reverse ligation at the bleeding point or embolism and its arotmds with multi - spots ligation. Results 25 cases were underwent this method and results shown that bleeding stop rate 88.00% without side - effect. Conclusion This method might be not only on stopping bleeding of GV but also prevent relapse and decrease GV with bright future.
