摘  要:目的采用电升压装置和相关设备,建立一个放电装置,直接电击大鼠右侧坐骨神经,建立坐骨神经电损伤模型。方法分别于电极处调出220、500、1 000 V的电压,以上述电压电击大鼠右侧坐骨神经,定期观察右肢的功能及坐骨神经的形态学变化。结果在相同的致伤条件下,高电压能造成神经的广泛损伤,髓鞘大量崩解;低电压对神经的损伤较轻。结论实验结果表明该模型能较好地模拟临床电损伤过程,为高压电损伤的实验研究创造条件。Objective To use some installation of rising voltage, an experimental model of electrical injury to peripheral nerve was established. Methods The voltage in electrode should be adjusted to 220.500 and 1 000 V. The right sciatic nerve of rats was struck by above voltage in turns, an observation in right limbs'function and morphology change of sciatic nerve was carried out regularly. Results A high voltage caused extensive injury in rats sciatic nerve,myelin sheath collapse heavily;the damage of low voltage was fairly light. Conclusion The results of experiment show the model can simulate the process of electrical burns and it can creat some better conditions for experimental study to electrical hurns.
