摘 要:目的研究探讨螺钉数量不同在扭转实验中对骨与钢板螺钉结构稳定性的影响,为临床上钢板螺钉内固定应用提供实验数据。方法用30根栗木(chestnut/castaneamolliss)条,样本随机分为A、B、C、D、E 5组,A组固定1-6,B组固定1-2-6,C组固定1-2-3-6,D组固定1-2-3-4-6,E组固定1-2-3-4-5-6。每组6条,每根栗木条模拟横断骨折。一块十二孔的动力加压钢板对称性固定,在材料试验机上进行扭转实验。结果在A、B、C、D、E各组样本中,在2.142°扭转角度内,B组(1-2-6)样本受载后应变最小,同时,A组与D组、E组刚度比较有显著差异(P<0.05),其余各组刚度比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论在扭转实验中,不同螺钉数量骨与钢板螺钉结构稳定性显著不同。在一定角度内,螺钉数量与钢板螺钉结构刚度成正比。Objective To investigate the effects of the number of the screw in dynamic compression plates on the stability of plate and screw structure in torsion. Methods Thirty wooden sticks of the chestnut were divided into five groups randomly. Every group has six sticks. (group A.1-6;B. 1-2-6; C: 1-2-3-6;D: 1-2-3-4-6;E. 1-2-3-4-5-6). Every stick was cut transversely in the median and a twelve-hole tested by torsion. Results dynamic compression plate was Group B had the least strain attached by screws. Each group was at 2. 142°in torsion. Compared with groups D and E, group A had obvious effct of the rigidity of plate and screw structure in torsion. However compare with other groups, group A had no effect of the rigidity of plate and screw structure in torsion. Conelusion In torsion , every groups have obvious effect of the stability of plate and screw structure. The Screw number have some influence with the rigidity of plate and screw structure in torsion at some degree.
