摘 要:目的研究环孢素A(CsA)作用后,移植肾受者淋巴细胞免疫相关基因表达的变化。方法分离移植肾受者在药物作用前后24 h外周血淋巴细胞,将它们总RNA分别逆转录并同基因芯片杂交,通过生物信息学方法比较分析。结果CsA作用24 h后,7个基因显著下调。结论CsA通过以上一系列靶基因发挥药理作用,这为临床治疗提供了新的依据。Objective To scan and analyze the immunological genes of lymphacytes associated with dominant regulation in renal transplant recipients treated with cyclosporine(CsA). Methods The peripheral blood lymphacytes just before and 24 hours after CsA treatment were isolated. The total RNA of them were reverse-transcripted respectively and hybridized with gene chips. The results were analyzed by bioinformatics. Results In 24 hours after treatment with CsA 7 genes were obviously downregulated. Conclusion A series of target genes mentioned above may be associated with CsA , which provides a new scientific knowledge to clinical treatments.
