摘　　要：从教育的视角总结归纳甘肃竞技体育后备人才培养和持续发展的三个主要方面,对其内在机理和要素进行系统分析,对我省竞技体育后备人才的持续发展趋势产生具体的理解和较为鲜明的认识.This article sums up three main aspects of training and sustainable development of Gansu athletics sports reserve talents from the view of education, making a system analysis to the inherent mechanizations and elements, producing concrete comprehension and distinct cognition to the sustainable development of Gansu athletics sports reserve talents.
