摘 要:目的获取不同年龄婴幼儿脑室大小的正常值并探讨超声检测脑室大小的方法。方法对105名正常婴幼儿侧脑室体部、第三脑室各径线及大脑半球内径进行测量,并根据不同年龄段分为6组进行观察。结果正常婴幼儿不同年龄组侧脑室体部厚径、第三脑室长径差异有显著意义(P<0.05),并随年龄增大而增加。结论超声测量侧脑室体部厚径、第三脑室长径有助于对不同年龄婴幼儿的脑室大小进行快速、无创、定量的评价,为临床提供可靠信息。Objective To obtain a refernce range of ventricular size from infants of different age and the measurement methods. Methods In 105 normal infants under 2 years old, ventricular size including lateral ventricle and the third ventricle was measured by ultrasonography. All infants were divided into 6 groups according to the different age. Results Ventricular size had significant difference dependenting on infants age , and it increased as age increased. Conclusion Measurement of lateral ventricular thick-distance and the third ventricular long-distance by ultrasound is a rapid noninvasive and quantitative methods for evaluating the ventricular size in infants of different age.
