优化江苏外商直接投资结构的思考

摘　　要：近年来,江苏省外商直接投资(FDI)快速增长,但也存在不容忽视的问题。本文在对江苏省利用FDI基本情况介绍的基础上,对FDI的主体分布、投资动机、产业选择、区位投向等进行解析,并就今后江苏如何提高利用外资水平、促进经济结构调整提出相关建议。In recent years, foreign direct investment （FDI） to Jiangsu Province maintains rapid growth, but the problems should not be overlooked. The article discusses the distribution of investors, investment motives, industry options and location direction, aiming to put forward relevant proposals in order to raise the foreign capital utilization levels level and promote economic structural adjustment.
