摘  要:以玉米幼苗(丹玉46)为材料,验证了植物的交叉适应现象,结合SNP处理测定萌发60h的玉米幼苗经42℃热激4h、恢复4h后,在28℃室内相对湿度为85%的干旱胁迫下的胁迫强度、存活率、H2O2水平、MDA含量及五种抗氧化酶活性。结果表明:热激可以提高玉米幼苗的耐旱性,NO参与热激诱导玉米幼苗耐旱性的形成,主要是通过提高抗氧化酶系统的活性,以消除活性氧,减轻氧化胁迫伤害。The maize seedlings (Danyu 46 ) as material, validating the phenomenon of Cross Adaptation in Plants. Combining with SNP deal with the maize that has bourgeoned 60 hours, it has passed through the four hours through 42 of heating, the four hours of resuming and intimidating of drought in 28 relative humidity 85%, mensurated intensity of intimidating, the livability, H202 level, MDA level and activation of five kinds resist oxidase. The above research expresses that the heating can raise the maize bears the drought, the NO participates the formation that the heating induces the maize to bear the drought, which mainly enhancing the activity of resist oxidase, so that removing the live oxygen and reducing the injury of oxidizing.
