摘  要:采用水玻璃、硅溶胶型壳两种精密铸造铸造方法铸造CZ32-160耐腐蚀泵闭式叶轮,此种叶轮是流道较狭窄,目前大多数厂家采用砂型铸造生产.在试泵台上分别测试装配两种叶轮泵的性能,分析两种精密铸造方法铸造的叶轮对耐腐蚀泵扬程、汽蚀的影响.Closed impeller of CZ32-160 pump is casted by the investment casting of sodium and colloidal silicate ceramic shell. This impeller is made of green sand casting, because of the fluid-channel of the impeller is too narrow. The pump performance that is assembled by two types of impeller respectively is tested at the pump performance testing station. For these two types investment casting impeller, the influence of heads and cavitation of the anti - corrosive pump are discussed.
