抗精子抗体检测诊断不孕症的临床价值

摘　　要：目的:检测不孕症和患者血清中抗精子抗体含量(包括总的抗精子抗体,抗精子抗体的IgG和IgA型)并计算出不孕症患者血清中抗精子抗体的阳性率.方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)的方法检测76例不孕症患者及70例正常生育对照组血清中的抗精子抗体.结果:不孕症患者组血清中抗精子抗体阳性率为28.94%,明显高于正常生育者(抗精子抗体的阳性率为5.7%,P<0.01)并且,以IgG型抗体增高明显,IgA型抗体无显著性差异.结论:抗精子抗体是免疫性不孕的重要因素,ELISA方法定量检测抗精子抗体IgG型对诊断不孕症有一定价值.[ objective ] To examine the level of total AsAb, AsAb-IgG and AsAb-IgA in sermon with infertility, and counting the positive rate of AsAb in serum with infertility. [ Menthod] ELISA was applied to determine the AsAb in serum samples of 76 patients with infertility and that of 70 normal pregnant history group. [ Results] The levd of AsAb in serum with infertility was significantly higher than that of normal pregnant history group. The positive rate of AsAb in serum with infertility was 28.94%, and the positive rate of AsAb in serum with normal pregnant history group was 5.7% ,and AsAb-IgG was on increase obviously in serum with infertility. [ Conclusion] The examination of the level of AsAb was an important factor for immune infertility by ELISA menthod. The examination of the level of AsAb-IgG was very significant for the diagnose of the infertility patients.
