摘  要:为了筛选激光低反射材料,针对具体激光波长,利用干涉滤光原理,研制了一种高灵敏光强测量仪,其精度高于0.2%,利用比较和传递方法,可用于反射率低于0.2%的材料筛选;同时解决了光学测量仪器在不可见光波段的仪器调整难的问题,可使光学测量在日光灯下工作。In order to filter low reflectance material of laser, a kind of high response measuring instrument for light intensity has been developed by using the principium of interference filter and aiming at specific wavelength of laser. Its precision is over 0.2%, and it can be used to filter the material whose reflectivity is under 0.2% with the methods both of comparability and transform, In the meanwhile, it could solve the problem that it is difficult to adjust an optical measuring instrument in invisible optical band. Then the optics measuring work can be done under the daylight lamp.
