摘　　要：执政文化是执掌政权的阶级或政党的成员在其执政过程中形成的,为该阶级或政党成员所共同信守的思维方式、普遍接受的价值观念和广泛认可的目的指向等。中国共产党在长期的执政实践过程中,形成了执政思维方式的发展性、执政价值观念的协调性和执政目的指向的大众性等执政文化特色。进一步发展和完善具有自身特色的执政文化,对于提高党的执政能力、巩固党的执政地位有着极为重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。Ruling culture comes into being in the ruling process by the members of the ruling class or the ruling party, which is the thinking mode jointly abided by, the value conception widely accepted and the aim or direction diffusely recognized by the members of the ruling class or the ruling party. The CPC has formed some characteristics of ruling culture in its long ruling practice, which includes the developing of the ruling thinking mode, the coordinating of the ruling value conception and the ruling aim or direction. It has very important practical significance and far-reaching historical sense to further develop and perfect the ruling culture that has its own characteristics for improving the CPCI ruling capability and consolidating the CPCI ruling position.
