论第三部门对可持续发展的服务功效

摘　　要：第三部门的成长与勃兴不仅标志着市民社会的发达程度,同时也表现为对政府缺陷与市场缺陷的一种救治与弥补。从实践来看,作为一种来自社会的力量,第三部门的成长显然对于我国可持续发展战略的实施发挥了积极的作用,并集中地表现为对政治可持续发展、经济可持续发展和社会可持续发展的服务功效。通过考察第三部门对政治可持续发展、经济可持续发展和社会可持续发展的服务功效,不仅有助于描述与廊清第三部门与可持续发展战略之间的相互关系,同时也为推进我国可持续发展战略提供一种全新的视角与思路。The growth and prosperity of the third sector not only marks the developed degree of citizen＇s society, but also embodies a kind of treatment and remedy of government＇s defect and market＇s defect at the same time. According to practice, as a strength coming from society, the growth of the third sector obviously plays a positive role in the implementation of our sustainable development strategy, which embodies the service efficiency of political sustainable development, economic sustainable development and social sustainable development. The investigations of the third sector＇s service efficiency for political sustainable development, economic sustainable development and social sustainable development, can not only contribute to describing and clarifying the interaction between the third sector and the sustainable development strategy, but also put forward a new perspective and thinking for advancing our country＇s sustainable development strategy.
