茉莉白绢病菌的生物学特性研究

摘　　要：对茉莉白绢病病菌齐整小核菌（Sclerotium rolfsiiSacc．）的生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明，28℃、pH5.0～6.0、蔗糖作为碳源、硝酸钾作为氮源及黑暗等条件适合菌丝的生长；28-34℃、pH4．0～6．0、光照、相对湿度100％加水等条件适合菌核萌发。The biological characteristics of jasmine southern blight pathogen （Sclerotium rolfsii Sacc. ） were studied in the experiment. The results showed that hypha could grow when cultured at temperature 28℃, pH5. 0 -6.0, sugar as carbon source, KNOsas nitrogen source and in dark cultivation, etc. Conditions such as temperature 28- 34℃, pH4.0- 6.0, light, 100% relative humidity and adding water were beneficial to sclerotia germinal tion.
