多西环素联合维胺酯治疗痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察口服维胺酯胶囊和多西环素治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将100例寻常痤疮患者随机分成两组:治疗组:口服维胺酯胶囊和多西环素;对照组:单纯口服多西环素。疗程均为6周。结果:治疗组总有效率86,%对照组46%。两组统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.01),尤其重度痤疮治疗组临床效果明显优于对照组。结论:口服维胺酯胶囊与多西环素联合治疗痤疮有良好的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oral viaminate and doxycycline in acne. Methods One hundred patients with acne were divided into therapy group and control group randomly. The patients in therapy group were treated by viaminate and doxycycline.The patients in control group by oral doxycycline only for 6 weeks. Results Total effective rates was 86% in therapy group and 46% in control group.There was significant difference between the two groups statistically （P〈0.01）.The therapeutic effect of severe acne in therapy group is better than that in control group. Conclusion Oral viaminate and doxycycline have significantly therapeutic effect in acne.
