维A酸霜联合酞丁安乳膏治疗扁平疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察维A酸霜联合酞丁安乳膏治疗扁平疣的疗效。方法:治疗组,疣体每晚外涂0.1%维A酸霜,联合涂酞丁安乳膏,2次/天;对照组外用酞丁安乳膏,3次/天,疗程8周。结果:治疗组总有效率94.67%,对照组总有效率66.67%,两组比较有统计学差异。结论:维A酸霜联合酞丁安乳膏治疗扁平疣,有效率高、不留瘢痕、简便易行。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Vintamin-A acid cream combined with Ftibamzone cremer about verruca plana, Methods Scribble on plana with Vintamin-A acid cream at night and with Ftibamzone cremer in the morning and on noon in the tested group; scribble on plana with Ftibamzone cremer in three times every day in the controlled group,there are 8 weeks about all therapeutic procession, Results The total effective rate reached 94,67%in the tested group,the total effective rate reached 6.67%in the controlled group,there are significant different between the two groups, Conclusion It have the high effective rate, simple easy use and no scar, if treating verruca plana with theVintamin-A acid cream combined with Ftibamzone cremer.
