摘  要:目的应用多普勒超声心动图在健康人群中观察左室舒张功能随年龄及心率变化的趋势,探讨生理性舒张功能减退的影响因素。方法对北京市社区30岁以上431名健康居民进行超声心动图检查,分别测定二尖瓣血流频谱、肺静脉血流频谱、二尖瓣环组织多普勒速度频谱。结果随年龄增长,Epeak、PVD及Em均减慢,而Apeak、Am及Ar加快,E/A比值、Em/Am比值均下降;EDT、DAr及IVRT均延长。随心率加快,Am增快,E/A比值下降,Em/Am比值下降。结论Epeak、Apeak、E/A比值、Em、Am及Em/Am比值等舒张功能参数与增龄关系密切,其不仅可作为评定左室舒张功能的依据,也可作为一种衰老指标,或综合衰老指标的一种要素。评定左室舒张功能时,除年龄外,心率也是不容忽视的一个重要的影响因素。Objective To Investigate the decreasing tendency and influencing factors of the left ventrieular diastolic function with Doppler Eehoeardiography in healthy persons, and find changes among different age and heart rate. Methods Doppler echoeardiogram was performed in 431 healthy subjects with different heart rate and age , The subjects were divided into six age groups according to their age , and five groups according to their heart rates. The mitral flow and pulmonary venous flow were detected by pulsed Doppler echocardiolgraphy and Doppler tissue imaging was performed from each of four mitral annular sites. Results With increasing age, Epeak,PVD and Em were decreased significantly; while Apeak,and Am increased significantly, the E/A ratio and Em/Am ratio decreaded, and The EDT ,DAr and IVRT elongated significantly. With increasing heart rate, Am were increased; E/A ratio and Em/Am ratio decreased. Conclusion Those variables including Epeak,Apeak, E/A ratio, Em, Am and Em/Am ratio have close conelations with aging, can be used to evaluate left ventricular diastolic function and also can be considered as markers to assessment aging. Besides age, the heart rate is also an important factor in evaluating left vertricular diastolic function.
