摘 要:目的研究临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性与耐药基因之间的关系。方法用K-B法检测17株鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药情况;用PCR方法检测各种耐药基因并加以分析。结果在17株研究的鲍曼不动杆菌中,有12株为多重耐药菌,且均携带blaTEM、ampC、aacA4和gyrA突变基因;在5株普通耐药株中,有4株携带blaTEM基因,2株携带gyrA基因但未表达耐药。结论鲍曼不动杆菌多重耐药性与同时携带blaTEM、ampC、aacA4基因和gyrA基因突变有非常密切的关系。Objective To study the relationship between antibiotic resistance and resistant gene in clinical isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii. Methods The antibiotic resistance was determined by Kirby-Bauer method in 17 strains of A. baumannii. The resistant genes were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results Twelve strains were identified as multiresistant isolates with presence of blaTEM, ampC, aacA4 and mutation of gyrA gene. Of the other five strains, 4 carried blaTEM gene, and 2 had gyrA without expression. Conclusions The multiple resistance of A. baumannii has close relation to concomitant presence of blaTEM, arnpC, aacA4 genes and mutation of gyrA gene.
