摘  要:目的观察舒降之对双侧颈总动脉重度狭窄的血管性认知障碍大鼠模型认知功能障碍的影响.方法用正常SD大鼠制作重度颈动脉狭窄模型后,分为舒降之治疗和生理盐水对照,2周后各组进行水迷宫行为学检测.结果 水迷宫行为学检测提示定位航行试验中:在实验的第2~5天,对照组大鼠逃避潜伏期显著长于治疗组(P<0.01);空间探索试验中:治疗组的平台象限游泳的时间和总游泳时间之比(tP/tT)、平台象限距离和总距离之比(dP/dT)显著大于治疗组(P<0.01).结论舒降之可改善血管性认知障碍大鼠的认知功能.Objective To establish the rat models with severe carotid artery stenosis and to observe the effect of Statins on the spatial memory. Methods Sixteen SD rats were randomly assigned to receive intragastric administration of Statins or physiologic saline after rat models of severe carotid artery senosis by ligating two common carotid arteries were established. Two weeks later, cognitive ability was determined by Morris maze test. Results On day 2 to 5 of place navigation test, escape latency (EL) of control group was significantly longer than the Statins group. In the spatial probe test, the ratio of dP/dT, tP/tT of the Statins group was sig- nificantly higher than control group. Conclusion Statins can improve the learning and memory of the rats with carotid artery stenosis.
