摘  要:目的介绍关节镜下“×”形固定法治疗胫骨髁问棘撕脱骨折的手术方法及疗效。方法2002年4月至2004年10月,对14例新鲜胫骨髁间棘撕脱性骨折的患者(Ⅱ型8例、Ⅲ型6例)行关节镜下骨折复位,以双根6号Aesculap不吸收缝线行“×”形固定。结果随访4~30个月(平均13.2个月),所有患者骨折均愈合良好,未发生骨折移位、膝关节松弛或不稳定等并发症。L,ysholm膝关节功能评分89.2~96.7分(平均94.1分),关节功能恢复满意。结论关节镜下以双根6号Aesculap不吸收缝线“×”形固定法治疗胫骨髁间棘撕脱性骨折,具有创伤小,固定稳定,可早期进行膝关节功能锻炼等优点,有利于关节功能恢复。Objective To introduce the technique and clinical effects of arthroscopic reduction and fixation for tibial eminence fracture in figure of "×" with aesculap unabsorbable sutures. Methods From April 2002 to October 2004, 14 cases of fresh tibial eminence fractures(type Ⅱ in 8 cases and type Ⅱ in 6 cases) were fixed arthroscopically with double strands of unabsorbable Aesculap sutures in figure of "×". Results The followed-up time was from 4 to 30 months with an average time of 13.2 months. All fractures had unioned excellently without displacement, no complications of knee laxities and instabilities were found. The average of the Lysholm functional score was 94.1. Conclusion The arthroscopic fixation technique in figure of "×" with double strands of unabsorbable Aesculap sutures is less invasive and stable for the reduction and fixation of tibial eminence fracture. Knee function can be reserved and early mobilization can be benefit from the technique.
